The anniversary model received a new display and updated sticks — everything else remained the same.

At the Computex 2026 exhibition, ASUS unveiled an updated version of the portable PC ROG Xbox Ally X, created in partnership with Microsoft. The main innovation of the ROG Xbox Ally X20 model is a 7.4-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 1920×1080 and a peak brightness of 1400 nits with active HDR.
The device’s appearance is dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the ROG brand: the case is made in a golden color. The internals remain the same — AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor, 24 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB storage drive. The only hardware addition is TMR sticks with increased resistance to drift.
The device will be released in a bundle with ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 AR glasses, but neither the price nor the release date has been announced yet. In Russian retailers, the original ROG Xbox Ally X is sold for over 90,000 rubles.
