The Konami Group has announced its fifth consecutive base salary increase for regular employees at its domestic Japanese subsidiaries. The changes will come into effect in March 2027, with all eligible staff receiving an additional ¥5,000 per month (approximately $30). Overtime pay and performance-based bonuses are calculated separately and are not affected by this adjustment.
