In Japan, the new OVA Boku no Hero Academia: More (My Hero Academia: More) was officially released, adapting a bonus manga chapter. Thus, the television adaptation of the work now covers the entire original storyline, including additional materials. Notably, the opening theme for the OVA used the song "THE REVO," which played in the final eighth season. The song was performed by the band Porno Graffitti, who provided the franchise's very first opening theme. This created a beautiful thematic arc: the group performed both the first and last openings of the series.

Simultaneously, another animation project in the "More" universe was announced — a short film titled "I Am a Hero Too." The episode, lasting only a couple of minutes, will be based on a short story about Eri from the official fanbook Ultra Age. The title of the mini-series is a reference to the song the students sang during the school festival. The premiere date of this episode will be announced later.
