The studio Unfrozen announced that it will release Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era in early access on April 30 — this is the first new game in the franchise in the last ten years.At the early access stage, players will be offered six factions: Temple, Dungeon, Necropolis, Swarm, Grove, and Rift. Rift is a completely new faction for the series, consisting of renegade elves from Alvar.The first act of the story campaign will be available, as well as several single-player scenarios; their number will gradually increase until the full release.Players can play solo in the "Classic," "Single Hero," and "Arena" modes, or online — with matchmaking and leaderboards.The developers promise high replayability thanks to random map generation and a "Hotseat" mode that allows multiple users to take turns playing on one PC, as well as a built-in map editor for creating custom adventures.
