In a conversation with PC Gamer, Star Wars: Zero Company writer Aaron Contreras, who previously worked on the Star Wars Jedi series, explained why the story of the new tactical game unfolds right in the midst of the Clone Wars. According to him, the Zero Company team is interested not in the classic plot of saving the galaxy, but in the story of a motley group, in which not everyone becomes friends and acts as a single squad of heroes.
