The developers also confirmed, without details, the introduction of regional pricing for different countries.The game's events take place in an alternate version of the USA at the end of the 20th century. The main character is an artificial intelligence named R.E.A.C.H., trapped in the body of its creator; it must adapt to the human world and uncover the true goals of the Phoenix corporation behind its creation.
