The update does not add content but seriously refines mechanics, interface, and fixes dozens of bugs.
Moon Studios released another update for No Rest for the Wicked and noted that the studio now faces the task of the "final push" — preparing the game for the full release of version 1.0. It seems the team's focus will shift from frequent patches to bringing the entire build to the required quality for a full launch. The fresh update is entirely based on player feedback: the developers adjusted the sounds when swapping runes, improved the usability of the compendium, and also refined the visual effects of parries and critical hits. In PvP duels, the ability to perform "backstabs" has appeared, and each duel participant now has a separate stamina indicator. In addition, the studio reworked spikes, slightly tweaked the balance, and fixed more than 40 bugs related to the combat system, enemies, and interface. No Rest for the Wicked does not yet have a full release date: the action RPG has been in early access on PC since April 2024, and earlier footage showed the game running on the Switch 2.
