Six years of development and 97% positive reviews on Steam — the audience was waiting and appreciated it.
Capcom officially confirmed: Pragmata sold over one million copies within the first two days after its release on April 17. For a completely new intellectual property — without an established audience and decades of franchise history — this is a convincing result. For comparison: Resident Evil Requiem surpassed five million copies in less than a week, but it was based on one of the most popular game series in Capcom's history. Pragmata has been released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 (in Japan and some Asian regions, the release on Switch 2 is scheduled for April 24).
