IO Interactive revealed the length of the spy action game ahead of its May release.

The developers of 007 First Light shared information about the game's playtime at a pre-release event. According to them, a typical campaign will take on average 20 hours. This estimate does not include additional simulations and challenges, which will continue to be added to the game after the official launch.To put it into perspective — this is roughly the same amount of time as the Hitman series by the same IO Interactive. According to the HowLongToBeat service, the average completion time for Hitman 3 was about 22 hours. The most compact game among the studio's titles is considered to be Hitman: Contracts, which took on average 12 hours. The release date for 007 First Light is set for May 27.
