The studio Unfrozen, together with Hooded Horse and Ubisoft, released a press release summarizing the first days of sales of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era. The project participants described the launch as an “overwhelming success.” In less than a week, the strategy game’s print run exceeded 650 thousand sold copies (bearing in mind that two days earlier it was reported to be half a million). It is worth noting that the project recouped its budget just 24 hours after release. The developers also boasted statistics from Steam: the peak of simultaneous users exceeded 60 thousand people, and the rating remains at the level of “very positive” (more than 7 thousand reviews). Currently, the team is focused on releasing patches based on audience feedback, and the plan for further development (roadmap) will be published later. Until May 14, the game can be purchased at a discount — in the Russian Steam store the price is 1124 rubles.
