Among the interesting discoveries is the involvement of actor Alan Tudyk, who was originally intended to play the role of Rafe, as well as plans to bring back the character Cutter from the third part, which were ultimately abandoned. The early version of the game featured unconventional mechanics: stealth infiltration of a city and an expanded melee combat system.
