The sales leader was Resident Evil Requiem — 6.91 million copies by the end of March (the actual figure is already higher). Devil May Cry 5 sold 2.7 million copies, largely thanks to the Netflix anime.
The Resident Evil series reached 201 million copies — an absolute record for Capcom. Monster Hunter is second with 127 million, Street Fighter third with 59 million (6 million of which are SF6).
The publisher aims to sell 100 million copies annually by expanding markets, running promotions, and exploring new media. Growth potential is seen in Devil May Cry, Dragon's Dogma, and Onimusha. In March, the company abandoned AI assets in games.
