The studio Nine Dots Studio announced that Outward 2 will be released in Steam early access on July 7. The date was revealed in the new project trailer.Before the launch, the developers will conduct a closed beta test, which will take place from May 26 to June 8. You can apply through the game's page on Steam.The creators also presented the system requirements, including several configurations — from minimum to more powerful. Among them is a "budget" option, inspired by the Potato PC meme: the game will be able to run even on GTX 750 Ti and FX 6300.
Outward 2 is an action RPG with survival elements, where the player will control an ordinary person and fight for life in a harsh world.
The first part was released in 2019, and in 2022 it received an extended edition with expansions. On Steam, the game has over 30 thousand reviews, about 72% of which are positive.
