A designer's public profile revealed details of the studio's new project ahead of schedule.



The publication MP1st discovered curious details in the resume of one of Media Molecule's environment designers. The document mentions work on "open world content," as well as designing points of interest and gameplay events triggered when exploring locations.

Additionally, the resume includes the development of a "gathering system" — a feature typical for the survival genre. This may indicate that the studio's new project includes mechanics common to survival games.
There have been no official statements from Media Molecule. However, back in 2024, the studio's co-founder Mark Healey explained that the next project would be a full-fledged game, not a creative platform like Dreams.
