CD Projekt RED revealed the financial results for the first quarter of 2026.

According to CD Projekt RED's quarterly report, total sales of "The Witcher 3" have reached 65 million copies — the print run increased by five million over the past year. The company's revenue for the reporting period amounted to 191 million zlotys (about 52.6 million dollars). The partial success is also explained by the addition of "The Witcher 3" and Cyberpunk 2077 to the Xbox Game Pass catalog.

A separate reason for pride was the collectible card game based on Cyberpunk, which raised 28 million dollars on Kickstarter — a platform record among gaming projects and the third-best result overall. Currently, the studio employs 975 staff: 513 of them are working on "The Witcher 4", 163 on the Cyberpunk sequel, 83 on the Sirius spin-off, and 24 specialists are working on the original Hadar universe.

The "Ballads of the Past" expansion for "The Witcher 3" will receive a detailed presentation at Gamescom 2026, which will take place from August 26 to 30.
