Pearl Abyss released a patch for Crimson Desert, adding the long-awaited ability to remap buttons on the gamepad. Controller controls were one of the most criticized aspects of the game since launch — the studio has been consistently working on improving it through several updates.In addition, the patch adds about 30 small animals that can be taken as pets, as well as new interaction animations with them. The developers also replaced a number of 2D assets, stating that the updated materials better match the overall artistic concept of the game.
