Remedy revealed the date and opened pre-orders for the sequel to the cult action game.
At the State of Play presentation, Remedy studio showed the story trailer for Control Resonant and announced the release date — September 24. The main character of the sequel is Dylan Faden: for the first time in a decade and a half, he leaves the walls of the Oldest House to stop an impending paranormal crisis and search for his missing sister — Jesse Faden, director of the Federal Bureau of Control. The trailer features familiar faces from the first part, including Jesse herself before her disappearance.
Pre-orders are already open: the standard edition is priced at $60, the deluxe edition at $70. Owners of the deluxe version on PS5 will receive 48-hour early access — this option is not available on other platforms. In the Russian region, the game is not available on Steam, although the original Control is still sold there.
Control Resonant will be released on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Russian language is supported as text translation.
