IO Interactive reported another commercial success for their spy action game: in the first week of sales, 007 First Light sold 2.7 million copies. Recall that the first 24 hours after release brought the game 1.5 million copies sold.During Summer Game Fest, the developers showed a teaser of a story mission featuring musician Lenny Kravitz as the villain. This content is expected to be released during 2026. Additionally, the studio published a roadmap for the first year of support: players can expect a new gadget, a “New Game+” mode, photo mode, path tracing, and additional challenges, including car challenges.The version for Nintendo Switch 2 is also confirmed — its release is scheduled for late summer.
