The wave of insider information about the new "X-Men" film, directed by Jake Schreier, continues to grow. According to Jeff Snyder, Marvel is considering Peter Klaffey ("Knight of the Seven Kingdoms") as a possible actor for the role of Beast, one of the key mutants of the team.
As with Odessa A'zion, this is only preliminary interest from the studio: actual negotiations and auditions have not yet taken place, as the film is still in the early development stage, with the main focus on the script. The draft is currently being worked on by the duo Lee Sung-jin and Joanna Calo ("Brawl"), who are reworking the initial version by Michael Lesslie ("Now You See Me 3"). Judging by their comments and the rare hints from the director, neither the final plot nor the definitive lineup of the mutant team has been set. The premiere of the revamped "X-Men" is expected in 2028.
