Among them was the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed duology about Starkiller — Galen Marek, a Force-sensitive young man kidnapped and raised by Darth Vader as a secret apprentice. Alongside Revan, he remains one of the most beloved "legendary" characters that fans dream of seeing in the official canon; at one point, this was close to happening: in the early stages of Star Wars Rebels, Starkiller was considered as one of the Inquisitors, but the idea was abandoned.
