According to insider information shared by the specialized portal Midgard Times here, the series based on the popular narrative adventure has officially entered production.The main filming is scheduled to start on June 29 this year, all work will take place in Vancouver, and the production of the first season is planned to be completed by October 16, 2026. Viewers can expect a compact but rich season of six lengthy episodes. Charlie Covell, creator of "The End of the F***ing World," is responsible for the script and overall creative direction, and the direction of the first two episodes has been entrusted to experienced TV director Karyn Kusama ("Horns," "The Man in the High Castle," "Billions").The team is currently in the active pre-production stage: a closed casting is underway for important supporting roles of Blackwell Academy students — including Nathan Prescott, Victoria Chase, Warren Graham, and Kate Marsh.
