The profile of one of the company's machine learning specialists points to the development of a frame interpolation system for the future platform — this could be a logical evolution of the PSSR technology that debuted on the PS5 Pro. If the specialist's developments materialize into a real product, the system will analyze adjacent frames and synthesize intermediate ones, making the image significantly smoother without a substantial increase in processor load.For such a tool to work effectively, stable 60 FPS in the base mode will be required — and, according to forecasts, most next-generation games will be capable of this.
