AI features will appear on Samsung Galaxy and Pixel as early as summer 2026.

Google introduced a package of AI capabilities called Gemini Intelligence for Android devices. The initial updates will be available on current Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models — the release is scheduled for summer 2026, with expansion to other devices to follow later.
Gemini's agent functions will enable the execution of complex multi-step tasks in the background. For example, simply photographing a tourist brochure and asking the assistant to find a similar tour on Expedia — the system will independently conduct the search and offer an option for confirmation.
Starting from the end of June, Gemini in the Chrome browser on Android will begin helping users search, summarize, and compare information across different pages — similar to the already functioning desktop version.
The Rambler feature on the Gboard keyboard allows dictating text by voice: the system will highlight key ideas and turn them into a coherent message without filler words. The tool supports switching between languages within a single message and does not save the audio recording after transcription.
The Create My Widget feature allows creating personalized widgets based on a text request. For example, a cyclist can create a weather widget that shows only wind speed and the chance of precipitation.
